Smaller items, such as decor, photo booths, coolers, and small furnishings, will typically be delivered in a van. Larger orders, including tents, patio heaters, bars, tables, and stacks of chairs, may require a trailer and additional staff members. For large events or venues with loading docks, box trucks are used and staffed with a minimum of two team members.

For Zone 3 deliveries, custom quotes will be provided to account for additional factors such as ferry fees, fuel costs, staff accommodations, and other specific requirements.
